Helpful staff, but noisy nights
The room had a welcoming vibe, and the staff were always ready to assist, especially Abbas at the reception. Access to local attractions was a major plus!

An excellent location near attractions like the World Trade Centre and a quick bus stop nearby made it easy to explore on foot. The room was well-equipped with a large LCD TV and high-speed internet. room service lacked efficiency, and my interactions with some staff were disappointing, especially with one who seemed indifferent to guests' needs. The positive note came from another staff member who was notably helpful. Small meals offered were a nice touch.
